Exhibitions Co-ordinator

The Exhibitions Co-ordinator is responsible to the Curator of Exhibitions for providing full administrative support for the Exhibitions Department, and assistance with the efficient development, implementation and co-ordination of the exhibition programme.

The post is offered at £16,174 - £18,987 per annum, pro rata, 40 hours per week on a 6 month temporary contract.

Volunteering Opportunity

We rely heavily on volunteers to support the running of our free family friendly day Mash Up every two months.

Internships

Arnolfini offers a limited number of Internship placements to work on specific projects within the organisation. An internship at Arnolfini provides hands on training in arts management and an overview of operations and is a great opportunity for anyone, over the age of 18, wanting to work in cultural industries. Interns work with all staff, with a clearly defined role and set of duties, exposing them to the whole organisation as well as experience in a specific area (e.g. education, exhibitions, live art /dance)

Arnolfini are currently advertising Internships for the following programme areas:

The Exhibitions team: wish to appoint an intern to provide administrative support, research and artist liaison.

3 months - April/May/June.  Closing date for applications 21 March
3 months - July/August/September.  Closing date for applications 20 June
3 months - October/November/December.  Closing date for applications September 19

The Development department:  seek an intern to work alongside the Head of Development and Development Co-ordinators in instituting a new fundraising management system,tracking previous prospects and funders and helping to feed into the ongoing research of seeking funders across Arnolfini’s programme. The individual needs to have an Interest in funding issues, have an eye for detail and be able to use MS Excel. 2 days per week for a minimum of 8 weeks.

Access and Education team
We are looking for a fulltime intern from 7 - 18 July to work alongside the Education team for two projects, Media Lab and Work Experience week. Closing date for applications is June 6
