In 1965 attended Hornsey College of Art to do a three year course in jewellery, at the end of which she was awarded a travel scholarship by the Goldsmiths Hall. She has exhibited at: Park Square Gallery, Leeds; Lane Gallery, Bradford; James Ogden, Harrogate; Craft Centre, Goldsmiths Hall & Ewan Phillips Gallery, London. ‘I try to make my work in such a way that the stones I use become a part of the structure and design. Trying to make the gold structure natural and the shapes those of things found in nature. I enjoy the challenge of redesigning old pieces, using an unusual mixture of stones.
