Join us for our first family drop-in workshop of 2020 for an afternoon of ‘collage consequences’ led by the ever-popular, Bristol-based arts organisation Let’s Make Art.
Responding to our current exhibition Zanjir by Amak Mahmoodian, Let’s Make Art invite you to mix the past and present in this playful collage workshop. Children and their families will piece together their own character from a combination of archive images and found images to create a surprising, new creation.
We Are Family events offer fun for all ages, but are perfect for 3 – 11 year olds. This is a drop-in workshop and all are welcome. We suggest wearing clothes you don’t mind getting messy. This is a free event.
All our family events aim to be welcoming and accessible to all. If there are ways we can make our events more accessible for you or your children please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
There is wheelchair access throughout the building. We can provide backed-seating. We have accessible and gender neutral toilets as well as baby changing facilities and buggy park. There is a hearing loop by request in advance.
The nearest parking spaces for blue badge parking is at the Grove car park.
This event is Fantastic for Families. Our Galleries are family friendly and we encourage families to investigate our exhibitions together. There will be Family Activity Packs available in our gallery spaces.
